Founded in 2006, Vibrant Capital Partners is a leading alternative credit investment manager. [Speakers' Biography]

Mr. Darivoff has 36 years of experience in Financial Services. Prior to Vibrant Capital Partners, he spent 27 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a pre-IPO general partner of the firm. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Darivoff was Chairman and Head of Credit Capital Markets and co-head of the Corporate Bond Department. He also was a member of the Structured Finance Capital Committee and the founding Director of the Office of Alumni Relations. He retired from Goldman Sachs in 2013. Mr. Darivoff graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and an MBA. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Virani brings over two decades of advisory, investing, and capital formation experience to the firm. He most recently served as Head of Business Development for private debt for the Americas and Asia at Partners Group. Previously, he was Head of Credit Product Development and Business Development at Bardin Hill Investment Partners. He also worked in securitized products at leading investment banks, beginning his career in Credit Suisse’s structured credit products division. Mr. Virani holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors from Georgetown University.

Mr. Kurtas started as a Quantitative Risk Manager in structured credit in 2002, a nascent stage of CLO markets. He has analyzed hundreds of CLOs and developed deeply-rooted relationships with CLO managers, traders, banking and agency communities. In 2004, he launched the structured credit portfolio management effort within Active Credit Portfolio Management of HypoVereinsbank; he built the bank’s first CLO Equity portfolio. He founded Vibrant Capital Partners in 2006, gathering the best talent in structured credit with the goal of building a next-generation asset manager in structured credit with home-grown talent and technology. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Bilkent University, Turkey, and attended graduate studies in Game Theory and Economics at Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna, Austria.
