The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) announced on Wednesday that it has operated the South Korean Pavilion at the 2024 Vietnam Expo, held from April 3 to 6 in Vietnam, showcasing products from domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The Vietnam Expo, now in its 33rd year, is the largest trade exhibition in Vietnam.
It's hosted by the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade and sees participation from approximately 480 companies from 16 countries, including South Korea, China, India, Cuba, and Laos.
The South Korean Pavilion, jointly managed by KOTRA and Incheon Techno Park, features 58 domestic companies specializing in cosmetics, food & beverages, materials & equipment, and fashion & accessories.
KOTRA said it pre-arranged over 460 one-on-one business-to-business (B2B) consultations with more than 190 major buyers, including Vietnam's largest retailer, WinCommerce.
