Samsung Electronics Co. and Saudi Aramco announced on Friday the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding aimed at localizing the industrial 5G technology ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to employ advanced 4G and 5G technologies that can provide secure and speedy communications services to Saudi Arabian industries.
The primary objective of this partnership is to drive the digital transformation of multiple industries in Saudi Arabia, such as the energy, petrochemical and manufacturing sectors.
