South Korean medical AI company Lunit has supplied its breast cancer imaging analysis solution — Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging — to the United Arab Emirates' state-run Dubai Academic Health Corp., the company said on Thursday.
The solution was developed in partnership with global imaging company Agfa HealthCare, a subsidiary of the Agfa-Gevaert Group.
Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging, powered by Lunit Insight MMG, is designed to enhance radiologists' screening and diagnostic processes with advanced visualizations, workflow orchestration, triage benefits, dedicated reading protocols and report notifications.
It is all aimed at promoting early detection of breast cancer through high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic services.
Since entering the Middle Eastern market through an export contract with Roche's Middle East subsidiary last year, Lunit has expanded its presence by securing customers in the Middle Eastern countries of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
