South Korea’s Lotte Innovate (formerly, Lotte Data Communication Co. ) announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kolon Benit to bolster the artificial intelligence (AI) business, according to the company.
The two companies aim to expand their AI business channels in domestic and overseas markets.
Both sides plan to supply AI solutions to various industries, including manufacturing, finance, chemicals, and fashion.
Lotte Innovate will secure business channels by supplying AI platforms, consulting services, and AI chatbots through Kolon Benit's network of over 1,000 partner companies.
They will use the AI Alliance, an international AI-centered open-source community, to target overseas markets.
