Lotte Data Communication Co. announced on Friday that it has signed a business agreement with Lotte Engineering & Construction and UK-based urban air mobility (UAM) infrastructure specialist Skyports Infrastructure to promote the domestic development of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) ports.
The three companies will establish a cooperative system for VTOL port commercialization based on each company’s specialized technological capabilities.
