Mr. Lansdell has over 40 years of multifamily experience, with an exceptional record in all phases of property development, acquisition, disposition, financial management, and asset management. He has demonstrated leadership; ability to provide vision, focus and execution of successful start-up, high growth and turnaround operations. Mr. Lansdell is the founder and President / CEO for LTL Investments. He was the President of Grubb & Ellis Residential Management where he built a national multifamily platform. Mr. Lansdell holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College, and is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as an international speaker on US multifamily.
