Webcash to expand Vietnam market with Miracom

South Korea's Webcash Co. announced on Wednesday that its affiliate Webcash Global signed a strategic business agreement with Miracom Inc. to expand the digital transformation (DX) part targeting Vietnamese companies.

Miracom is a company that provides smart factory solutions, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), warehouse management systems (WMS), equipment automation, and the establishment of IT infrastructure.

The two companies plan to expand joint sales and marketing efforts targeting existing and potential customers. They will collaborate on service operations, infrastructure sharing, and other initiatives to enhance competitiveness.

Webcash Global acquired a Vietnamese enterprise resource planning (ERP) specialist company in July this year. The company aims to strengthen its network with private enterprises in Vietnam, explore new business opportunities within the country, and focus on securing a stable supply chain.

Currently, Webcash Global is strengthening its corporate financial management solution business in Southeast Asia. It offers various B2B fintech solutions, including the accounting solution Wabooks, the billing solution WeBill 365 specialized in invoicing and collection, and the global financial management solution WE-MBA.
