South Korea's SPC Group said on Monday that Mongolian government officials and local business leaders visited Passion5 in Hannam-dong, Seoul, last Friday to experience bakery techniques firsthand and hear insights on the company's overseas expansion.
The visiting entrepreneurs, members of the Mongolian Entrepreneurs Association, were briefed by SPC Group on how the company achieved international growth through consistent quality control with frozen dough, franchise management expertise, and localized strategies tailored to specific countries.
SPC Group, which recently surpassed 600 stores internationally, continues to expand its global reach, promoting the excellence of K-bakery worldwide.
The company established a factory in Tianjin, China in 2019, creating a foundation to target Northeast Asian markets including Mongolia.
