SPC Group’s bakery franchise Paris Baguette announced on Thursday that it opened its first store in the Philippines.
The Mall of Asia branch, located on the 1st floor of SM Mall of Asia Arena, the largest shopping mall in the Philippines and a representative of the capital Manila, seats 90.
Paris Baguette offers products that incorporate ube (purple yam), a popular ingredient of the Philippines, and reinterpretations of ensaimada (a pastry topped with buttercream, sugar, and cheese) popular in the Philippines, such as Pure Milk Cream Ensaimada.
The separate kiosk desk is run outside the store for customer convenience.
The Philippines is Paris Baguette's 11th overseas expansion country. Paris Baguette aims to boost its brand power in the Southeast Asian market.
