South Korea's Mirae Asset Securities said on Friday that it introduced an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant platform to enhance company-wide operational efficiency by utilizing AI.
The platform allows Mirae Asset Securities' employees and individual departments to upload documents containing work manuals or know-how, enabling them to create and use a dedicated chatbot.
According to Mirae Asset Securities, the platform can be applied across all business operations, allowing employees to easily create their own work assistant.
The company collaborated with Naver Cloud to build a custom large language model (LLM) so that the platform could be expanded to company-wide tasks. It plans to continuously improve and upgrade the platform through ongoing learning and development.
