Sales of Japan tour and activity products to South Korean travelers have surged in recent weeks, driven by an increase in the number of independent travelers visiting the country.
The company attributed the surge in sales to a combination of the record-breaking weak yen and the first summer vacation season following post-COVID-19.
Among the most popular Japan tour and activity products, the top contender was the round-trip ticket for the Nankai Limited Express Rapi:t, which conveniently connects Kansai Airport to Namba, Osaka.
This was closely followed by a one-day admission ticket to Universal Studios Japan, an Osaka all-you-can-ride pass valid for transportation within Osaka city and major tourist attractions, a one-way ticket from Kansai Airport to Kyoto using the Haruka train, and a one-day bus tour in Fukuoka that offers free photo shoots.
