South Korea’s human resources (HR) management tech company Wanted Lab Inc. announced on Thursday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japan's Digital Hearts to support mutual expansion into South Korean and Japanese startups.
Founded in 2001, Digital Hearts is a specialized firm in the debugging of games and media business. Its headquarters is in Tokyo, Japan. It has subsidiaries in the US and Asian countries.
Under this agreement, Wanted Lab plans to assist Japanese startups that are looking to enter the South Korean market with all activities related to HR management and incorporation needed for the expansion
For domestic startups venturing into Japan, Wanted Lab will support recruitment and corporate founding through the expansion support program of Wanted Japan, its Japanese subsidiary.
