South Korea's KT Corp. announced on Monday the launch of an open beta version of its business-to-consumer (B2C) metaverse platform, "Genieverse."
The platform features "AI home twin" technology, which is based on drawings and can implement the user's real house in the metaverse space. Personalized avatars can also be created using thousands of different items.
KT plans to provide additional content, such as AI motion dance and AI avatar messages, by applying generative AI platform technology to Genieverse in the future.
To access Genieverse, users can download the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
