Starfield launches 4th annual balloon festival with iconic character displays

Starfield, a chain of large shopping malls owned by Shinsegae, a South Korean retail company, announced on Friday that its 4th annual balloon festival, which began on April 25 at its Hanam location, will feature a variety of large character balloons from Brawl Stars to Disney, continuing until June 6 across multiple locations.

The festival, which started in 2021, is held annually in May, showcasing unique experiences through collaborations with popular intellectual property brands such as MapleStory and Catch! TeeniePing.

This year's theme, 'We're All Stars,' is aimed at providing family-friendly content, including activities for children, parents and pets.

Highlights include large balloons, mini-games, coloring activities, a LEGO zone and pop-up stores.

Fan meet-ups with well-known creators from the mobile game Brawl Stars are also planned, with events on May 6 in Hanam, May 18 in Goyang, and May 26 in Anseong.

Additionally, the event will feature a photo zone inspired by the animation 'Bread Barbershop,' along with pop-up stores, purchase-based gifts, Reels challenges, and activities for Children's Day.
