Woowa Youths, an affiliate of Woowa Brothers, the parent company of South Korea's top food delivery app Baedal Minjok, on Monday announced its vision of a "constantly reliable experience in logistics."

This is the first time for Woowa Youths to announce its corporate vision since its launch in 2015. The move is also seen a bid by Woowa Brothers, which started as a logistics company, to take a big step forward as a comprehensive logistics corporation through its subsidiary.

Woowa Youths CEO Kim Byoung-woo on Thursday announced his company's goals, corporate values and vision for 2023 at its year-end staff party hosted by Lotte Hotel World in Seoul.

Mentioning a "definitive experience" as a corporate value, Kim said, " We will further systemize our infrastructure so that anyone can get hot food, fresh ingredients and necessary items delivered within an hour of the desired time."

His company has its own provincial and urban logistics centers to enable rapid delivery within an hour of ordering.

The CEO also mentioned the goal of "a safe environment inside and out," meaning the company will take the lead in ensuring safety for all staff in logistics operations.
