Ditto by K-pop girl group NewJeans has surpassed 600 million streams on Spotify.
Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform, announced on Friday that the single Ditto from NewJeans' album OMG has been streamed 600,211,727 times as of May 15.
Ditto is the second NewJeans song to reach 600 million streams, following the title track OMG.
Ditto is a mega-hit song by NewJeans that set a new record by topping Melon, one of South Korea's major music streaming sites, for 99 consecutive days on the daily chart and 14 straight weeks on the weekly chart. It went on to claim the No. 1 spot on the Melon Annual Chart for 2023 as well.
The total streams of all NewJeans songs on Spotify have exceeded 4.2 billion.
OMG and Ditto each have over 600 million streams, Hype Boy and Super Shy have over 500 million, Attention has over 300 million, and Cookie, New Jeans, and ETA each have over 200 million. Hurt, Cool With You, ASAP, and Get Up each have over 100 million streams.
As NewJeans continues to gain widespread popularity with past and new releases, anticipation is building for their upcoming double single How Sweet, set to be released on May 24.
This single will include four tracks: the title track of the same name, the song Bubble Gum, and instrumental versions of both tracks.
