Hana Bank launches All-care Solution for Real Estate Wealth

South Korea's Hana Bank announced on Tuesday that it launched the premium real estate wealth management service Hana Real Estate All-care Solution in collaboration with spatial management specialist S&I Corp. and AI-based planning and design prop-tech company Edit Collective.

Hana Real Estate All-care Solution is a premium real estate wealth management service performed directly by real estate experts from Hana Bank's Wealth Management Consulting Center within the Wealth Management Division.

It evaluates and analyzes various types of real estate to provide optimal solutions tailored to their investment preferences.

In particular, it analyzes the client's real estate and family-owned properties to determine which options, such as donation, inheritance, or sale, would be most beneficial.

It also proposes consulting services covering the management, development, and sales of owned real estate, including solutions and tax strategies to increase operational income by remodeling aging buildings.

Hana Bank has entered a business agreement with S&I, which expanded into the small- and medium-sized building sector last year under the SANDI, beyond its expertise in large building wealth management.

The bank partnered with Edit Collective, which operates AI and big data-based planning and design automation service Flexity, to introduce the industry's top-level real estate wealth management service.
