Lotte Rental launches driver-inclusive rental service in Vietnam

Lotte Rental Co., South Korea's largest car rental firm, announced on Monday that it has launched a "Vietnam Driver-inclusive Rental Car."

The service allows customers to travel between airports and accommodations in rental cars with chauffeurs included, with the option to choose round-trip or one-way service.

This service is available in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Da Nang, where Lotte Rental Vietnam branch offices are located.

After booking "Vietnam Driver-inclusive Rental Car" and "Safe Pickup" on the Lotte Rental website or mobile app and completing the payment, customers can check the name and photo of the assigned driver in the Lotte Rental Vietnam KakaoTalk chat room 1 or 2 days before the date of use.

All vehicles are insured for personal injury, property damage, and third-party liability.
