SK Telecom Co. announced on Monday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Xon Studios and Singapore's virtual production specialist company Aux Media Group.
The three companies will share their expertise in content production, which they have accumulated in both South Korea and Singapore, and collaborate on information exchange and global projects.
SK Telecom runs Team Studio in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, through a consortium with Xon Studios and others, while Aux Media owns four studios in Singapore.
"We will continue to create cases of collaboration with various companies to secure technological capabilities to lead the virtual production market in the future," said Kim Hyuk, head of SK Telecom's media partnership.
