InnoGrid Co., South Korea's cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) specialist, announced on Friday that it has signed an agreement with data infrastructure and solution specialist Hyosung Information System Co. for cloud business cooperation.
InnoGrid plans to launch products that combine its cloud management platform (CMP), TabCloudit, and platform as a service (PaaS), SECloudit, with Hyosung Information System's hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) product, UCP.
"As we have achieved good results in our previous cooperation with Woori Financial Group's in-house private cloud-based business, we expect to create even better synergy," said Kim Myung-jin, CEO of InnoGrid.
"With the combination of our cloud-related technology and know-how, we will be able to provide the best solutions for customer cloud innovation," commented Yang Jeong-gyu, CEO of Hyosung Information System.
