The French luxury brand Louis Vuitton to open a pop-up restaurant in South Korea. This is the third one since May and September last year.

According to company sources on Monday, the pop-up restaurant called "Ikoyi at Louis Vuitton", will be opened in May. Louis Vuitton collaborates with the Michelin-starred restaurant Ikoyi.

Located in 180 Strand, London, Ikoyi is known for serving a variety of dishes from around the world. Head chef Jeremy Chan has collaborated with Kang Min-goo, the chef of the Michelin two-star restaurant Mingles in Korea, to present a range of dishes. Through this collaboration with Louis Vuitton, Ikoyi plans to reinterpret Korean cuisine in its own style.

The pop-up restaurant will be located in the Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul. Reservations for the pop-up restaurant lunch and dinner courses can be made through the restaurant reservation platform Catch Table starting from 6 p.m. on April 17.

Last year, Louis Vuitton launched pop-up restaurants in May and September. It collaborated mainly with Michelin-starred restaurants from abroad, and the pop-ups were popular due to their high-quality dining and unique spaces.

Although pop-up restaurants usually have a high price range of 100,000 to 300,000 won per person, they often sold out within 5 minutes of opening for advance reservations, generating a lot of buzz.
