LX Hausys partners with Belgian firm for premium window market

South Korean company LX Hausys, specializing in building materials and interior products, has signed a strategic partnership agreement for aluminium system windows and doors with Belgian firm Reynaers Aluminium. 

Reynaers, a leading window and door company in Europe established in 1965, has cooperative relationships with over 5,000 companies in more than 40 countries worldwide.

The partnership aims to improve technical performance and design, product development and quality verification processes for system window and door products.

Additionally, the two companies plan to introduce high-end products tailored to the domestic market, such as ultra-slim system windows and doors with minimized aluminium frame thickness, high-insulation system windows and doors and high-wind pressure performance system windows and doors in the second half of this year.

According to LX Hausys, demand for premium aluminium system windows and doors is continuously increasing in luxury residential complexes, resorts, hotels and redevelopment and remodelling projects for collective housing.

"We expect business synergy through the partnership between Reynaers, which has the best technological capabilities in the aluminium system window and door field, and LX Hausys, the leading window and door company in Korea," said Han Myung-ho, CEO of LX Hausys.
