CJ Logistics launches integrated delivery brand O-NE 

CJ Logistics, a South Korean logistics company, unveiled on Monday a new delivery brand called "O-NE" that aims to connect online sellers and buyers with faster and more convenient services.

O-NE, a word that means "coming" in Korean, includes next-day, same-day and early-morning delivery options, as well as a planned Sunday delivery service in the first half of this year.

O-NE covers more than 90% of the country, excluding island and mountainous areas, and is available in Seoul and some other regions, it said.

CJ Logistics said O-NE will help online sellers boost their sales and customer satisfaction by providing customized delivery services based on their product type and order patterns. It will also give online buyers more flexibility and choice in receiving their orders.

To ensure more stable and efficient delivery, CJ Logistics said it is adopting advanced technologies such as robots, artificial intelligence and big data.

The company also said it will promote the O-NE brand through various digital channels, including YouTube and Naver, a popular search engine and portal in South Korea.

Shin Young-soo, head of the courier and e-commerce division of CJ Logistics, said O-NE will raise the quality of delivery service and transform the paradigm of the logistics industry based on the integrated delivery brand.
