Shilla Duty Free Shop selected as excellent partner by Changi Airport

The Shilla Duty Free Shop announced on Monday that it had received the Gold Award at the 2022 OneChangi App Awards held by Singapore's Changi Airport Group. This prestigious award recognizes the outstanding contributions made by its partners toward the "OneChangi" app, a mobile app designed for airport staff.

The duty-free shop's success was attributed to its production of various training materials for airport staff and exceptional duty-free store management capabilities. Since Oct. 2014, the company has been operating cosmetics and perfume stores at Changi International Airport.

The OneChangi App Awards is an annual event hosted by Changi Airport Group, aimed at sharing its key achievements and assessing the contributions of its partners toward the airport's mobile app.

The Gold Award is a testament to the Shilla Duty Free Shop's commitment to providing exceptional service to both customers and staff at Changi International Airport.
