South Korea's electronics giant Samsung Electronics Co. has set a new benchmark for customer satisfaction in Australia, receiving Canstar Blue’s 2022 Most Satisfied Customers awards in both the Television and Home Theater Systems categories for a second consecutive year.
Samsung was the only TV brand to score perfect 5-stars across both TVs and home theater systems survey conducted by the Australian consumer comparison site.
"Samsung's range of innovative and quality TVs ensures it remains a fan favorite," Canstar Blue said.
The survey was conducted over 1,200 Australians who had purchased a television in the last two years, and approximately 250 Australians who had purchased a Home Theater System in the past three years to rate the products on overall satisfaction, in addition to performance, user-friendliness, features and functionality, value for money, and design.
In addition, Samsung's Solar Cell remote control, which can be charged with solar power, also received a Canstar Blue 2022 Innovation Excellence Award due to its remarkable breakthrough in sustainability and convenience.
“Samsung is committed to listening to our consumers and delivering meaningful innovations that bring about real benefits that they can see, hear, and experience. These Canstar scores reflect our efforts and we’re thrilled that our AV products are being so thoroughly enjoyed by Australians,” said Jeremy Senior, Vice-President of Consumer Electronics, Samsung Australia.
Meanwhile, Tom's Guide, a famous US tech media, recently gave 5 out of 5 points to the Samsung QN95B Neo QLED TV.
Tom's Guide introduced the model, saying, "The test conducted based on the highest brightness, color accuracy, and color reproduction showed better results than other TVs."
It also received favorable reviews for its slim premium design and various convenience features.
