LG Electronics Inc., the world’s top home appliance maker, is launching a total care service for products in South Korea to enhance after-sale convenience.
The South Korean tech giant said on Sunday it is set to provide the “LG Best Care” service that includes maintenance, cleaning and moving of home electronics. The company has already been offering such services to customers for rental products.
With the cleaning service, LG disassembles products to cleanse and sterilize the inside of appliances, while the moving service employs experts to move and re-install bulky appliances.
“We will provide differentiated customer experiences with expert care for LG premium product customers,” said a company executive said.
