Tikehau Capital is an asset management and investment group with €25.7 billion of assets under management and shareholder equity of €2.8 billion (at 30 June 2020). The Group invests in various asset classes (Private Debt, Real Assets, Private Equity and Capital Markets Strategies) including through its asset management subsidiaries that act on behalf of institutional and private investors. [Speakers' Biography]
Peter Cirenza joined Tikehau Capital in 2017 and serves as Chairman of the London office, Chairman of Private Equity and Chairman of Tactical Strategies. Peter was previously a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 20 years in New York, London and Tokyo. He helped to develop and lead the firm’s proprietary special-situation investment activities in North America, Europe and Asia, and also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. He has been a lecturer in Economic History at the London School of Economics and Political Science since 2009.Education: Brown University, MBA Columbia University, PhD London School of Economics and Political Science.
Cécile Mayer-Lévi joined Tikehau Capital in 2013 and heads the Private Debt platform. Cécile graduated from HEC and started her career at Merrill Lynch in 1988 in the Corporate Finance department and in M&A in Paris and New York. In 1991, she joined Elig one of France’s pioneers in capital investment. In 2001, she joined Mezzanis (Omnes), the mezzanine fund of Credit Lyonnais Private Equity, as Investment Director. From 2005 to 2013, she launched and developed the Private Debt activity at AXA Private Equity (ARDIAN). Cecile is also chairing the Private Debt Commission of France Invest and seats as board member of the Alternative Credit Council (ACC).
Emmanuel Laillier joined Tikehau Capital in 2018. He currently serves as Head of Private Equity. Previously, Emmanuel Laillier was a board member and managing director at Eurazeo PME, which he joined in 2011. From 2002 – 2011, he was an Associate Director at EPF Partners. Between 1999 and 2002, he was part of the Fonds Partenaire Gestion investment team (Lazard), after starting his career in corporate finance at Nomura. He has almost 20 years’ experience in midcap private equity.
Pierre Abadie joined TKO’s energy team in 2018. Prior to that, he worked for 16 years at Total in three divisions of the Group: refining, holding and GRP, where he developed a strong network. He has been exposed to the whole energy chain from upstream to renewables. Over the last 6 years, Pierre was subsequently in charge of financing Total’s GRP worldwide activities and develop, structure and finance LNG to power projects. Pierre graduated from Centrale Paris and IFP School.
