Korea Post announced a request for proposal on May 18 to invest part of its savings’ assets in single offshore hedge funds. It requires a proposed offshore hedge fund to have a minimum $300 million in assets with at least a three-year investment horizon. The expected investment size will be decided later on.
The qualified candidates should have a minimum $1 billion in pure hedge fund assets under management, with a three-year track record in offshore hedge funds.
