Shares of South Korea's two tech startups, Ndream and Wisenut, will start trading on Korea's over-the-counter market, or K-OTC, on Thursday, the Korea Financial Investment Association said.
Ndream is a mobile game developer established in August 2015 and its flagship game titles include war simulation games such as Pirates of the Caribbean: Waves of War.
Wisenut is an artificial intelligence (AI) software company launched in May 2000 and is engaged in language processing technology-based search and AI chatbot businesses.
Investors can trade the two companies' unlisted stocks through the online trading platforms of securities firms.
On the first trading day, it can be traded within the range of 30-500% of the net asset value per share, and the subsequent price ceiling is plus or minus 30% of the weighted average price of the previous day.
Per-share net asset values of Nndream and Wisenut are 644 won ($0.5) and 8,600 won, respectively.
