K-pop girl group NewJeans has surpassed 2 billion cumulative streams of their songs on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform, their agency ADOR announced on Tuesday.

The total number of streams of songs released by NewJeans since their debut last year reached 2,000,186,919 as of July 30.

In March, they were recognized by the British Guinness World Records for reaching 1 billion streams on Spotify in 219 days, the shortest time ever for a K-pop artist.

They followed that up with 2 billion less than five months later.

"The recent release of our second mini-album, 'Get Up,' has accelerated our progress toward 2 billion streams as it has received a lot of love both domestically and internationally," said ADOR. “The six songs on the album have accumulated over 200 million plays as of July 30. One of the triple title tracks, 'Super Shy,' has been streamed nearly 90 million times."

NewJeans has six songs with over 100 million streams, including "OMG" and "Ditto," which have reached 400 million streams.
