Construction Workers Mutual Aid Association, for daily construction workers of Korea, manages 4.2 trillion won ($3.7 billion) in assets as of June 2021. Alternative investments make up 1.12 trillion won, of which overseas assets represent 60%, comprised of real estate, infrastructure and private debt. It plans to diversify into private equity investments, targeting a 6% return on alternative assets.
