Seo Won-joo Chief Investment Officer,National Pension Service
Seo was named the new CIO of NPS at the end-December, 2022. He served as CIO at GEPS for three years from 2019, after spending four years as the head of now-defunct PCA Life Insurance. Prior to that, he had spent 26 years at Samsung Life Insurance with various fund managing roles working in Seoul, London, Singapore and New York offices.
