Jeong Du-yeong Chief Investment Officer,
During his tenure as the CIO of Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid Fund, under Korea Federation of SMEs (KBIZ), Jeong is increasing the portion of alternative assets among the total investment portfolio. Specifically, the alternative investment assets take up 16% of the fund's total investment portfolio, and Jeong aims to raise the portion up to 30%. Prior to his current position, he was the CIO of Korea Scientists and Engineers Mutual-Aid Association (SEMA), where alternative assets took up 65% of total investment. Earlier in his career at Korea Housing Bank and Meritz Insurance, he had focused more on traditional assets such as stocks and bonds.
