Hyundai Motor Co. announced that it will showcase future mobility in collaboration with Sony Pictures Entertainment on the animation film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, which is set to be released on June 21.

In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the Flying Prophecy, an aircraft based on the design of Hyundai's electric vehicle concept car Prophecy, will make an appearance. In addition, various mobility solutions such as purpose-built vehicles (PBV), advanced air mobility (AAM) and mobility transfer hubs are to be featured.

To bring the vision of future mobility to life in the animation, Hyundai's Design Center and Brand Marketing Headquarters have been closely collaborating with Sony Pictures since the early stages of the project. Hyundai designers have also contributed to depicting the new landscapes of the futuristic city and mobility in the animation set in the year 2099.

Prior to the film's release, Hyundai Motor will showcase a themed exhibition at Hyundai Motor Studio Goyang, starting from June 21 until the end of August. The exhibition space will feature displays of an IONIQ 6 hanging from Spider-Man's web and a sculpture resembling a door leading to the Multiverse.

Hyundai Motor will present an advertisement featuring Spider-Man following the song from the IONIQ 6. The song, titled Link Up, is the theme song of the animation and is a new track by producer Metro Boomin.
