The athletic-leisure brand Andar Co. announced on Friday that it will strengthen its technological alliance with the LYCRA Company, the world's largest fiber company, to enhance product quality innovation and competitiveness.
According to Andar, Jason Wang, Vice President of the LYCRA Company, visited Andar's South Korean headquarters the day before to further strengthen global technical cooperation with Kim Cheol-woong and Gong Sung-Ah, the co-CEOs of Andar.
The LYCRA Company acknowledged Andar's high-quality products achieved through diverse research and development of their fibers, and awarded Andar with a plaque of appreciation, a first of its kind in Korea.
Andar has maintained its partnership with the LYCRA Company since signing a global trademark license agreement at the end of 2021.
Andar is the only domestic athletic-leisure brand in Korea to acquire the LYCRA Sports Black Label, awarded only to brands meeting the highest standards of functionality and comfort.
