South Korea's online fashion platform Musinsa said on Monday it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japan's Zozo, the operator of online fashion platform Zozotown.
The two companies will support South Korean fashion brands, which aim to enter the Japanese market and expand sales.
Zozo will provide various support for local distribution and marketing.
As a domestic partner for these brands, Mushinsa will provide them with the manpower and resources needed to enter the Japanese market. Musinsa will offer the manpower and resources to enter the Japanese market as a partner in South Korea.
Previously, Musinsa garnered resounding success with its first pop-up store in Tokyo for general customers in April, attracting over 14,000 visitors within three days.
