Pinkfong Baby Shark console game to launch in September

South Korea's The Pinkfong Company, popularly known for its "Baby Shark" character, announced on Tuesday the imminent release of a console game titled The Pinkfong Baby Shark: Sing and Swim Party, featuring its highly popular children's character, Baby Shark.

The game is set for release on September 15.

Jointly developed by The Pinkfong Company and global publisher Outright Games, Pinkfong Baby Shark: Sing and Swim Party follows in the footsteps of previously successful games based on renowned IPs like DC Comics, Sony Pictures, and DreamWorks.

This game combines an engaging rhythm game with a captivating storyline centered around the underwater shark family characters. With seven meticulously designed maps, including a stunning tropical bay, a sprawling ocean city, and an enchanting underwater kingdom, players will be immersed in a captivating musical journey. The game boasts a rich collection of 30 popular songs spanning genres such as orchestra, rock and roll, and EDM.

Offering both single-player and multiplayer modes, the game caters to various gameplay preferences and allows up to four players to engage in real-time multiplayer experiences. Additionally, players can express their individuality through customization features.

The Pinkfong Company ensures wide accessibility by launching the game across multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation (PS) 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.

Furthermore, the game's multilingual support encompasses 26 languages, accommodating a global audience that includes Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, and Vietnamese.
