LG Electronics Inc. said on Thursday that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global office solutions company Ricoh to discover services and business cooperation for digital transformation (DX) within enterprises.
The two companies agreed to cooperate in supplying total enterprise solutions, including joint sales and the exploration of new business opportunities to expand their B2B operations.
They plan to combine Ricoh’s expertise in operating office solutions with LG Electronics’ lineup of enterprise display products and B2B solutions.
Ricoh is the world's top manufacturer of multifunction printers and conducts B2B operations in over 200 countries, offering enterprise IT solutions, workflow automation solutions, IT services and consulting, and video conferencing services.
