Samsung Electronics Co.'s tablet Galaxy Tab has secured the top spot in consumer satisfaction in Australia.
According to Samsung Electronics on Monday, Australia's consumer research agency Canstar Blue has rated Samsung Electronics's Galaxy Tab as the number one tablet brand with five stars in "Most Satisfied Customers".
This is the first time that Samsung has received the highest rating in this category, surpassing other brands.
Over the past two years, Canstar Blue surveyed over 500 Australian consumers who purchased tablets. As a result, Samsung Electronics received a perfect score of 5 out of 5 in five categories: overall satisfaction, user-friendliness, battery performance, durability and value for the price.
