LG CNS establishes joint venture with Sinarmas in Indonesia

South Korea's LG CNS Co. said on Thursday that it established a joint venture LG Sinarmas Technology Solutions in Indonesia with Sinarmas Group in Jakarta. 

This joint venture aims to leverage the combined strengths of LG CNS and Sinarmas to engage in data center consulting, construction, and operations.

It also plans to gradually expand into sectors such as smart city development and financial IT services.

The joint venture will focus on opportunities in Indonesia's digital transformation market.
