South Korea's Naver Corp. said on Monday it will recruit 500 creators for Clip in the first half of 2025, the company's short-form platform from December 2 to January 5 next year.
Clips is the AI-based platform content through the Clips page on Naver TV. Clips' content is exposed through services such as Home Feed, Topic Feed, and Integrated Search.
Naver plans to respond to overseas platforms such as YouTube and TikTok by fostering creators on a large scale.
In July, Naver recruited 2,500 creators to activate Clip content.
This time, the company doubled the number of recruits and offered $7 billion in benefits.
