South Korea's Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. (Daewoo E&C) opened the digital theme park Ice Jungle in its ongoing luxury residential resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
The park spans an area of 13,000 square meters and features a forest path themed around ice and snow, along with various media art exhibits.
Ice Jungle is designed as a Night Walk content, transforming into a new environment at night without damaging the existing space and environment, using immersive media technology.
Ice Jungle bases its central story on a polar bear named Mua Dong, who possesses the magical ability to create snow and ice crystals.
The park is divided into different zones and consists of two media zones.
These media zones feature hologram screens using 3D mapping technology, interactive sensors, and illumination lighting, showcasing advanced immersive media technologies.
The opening ceremony of Ice Jungle was held on Dec. 16 and opened to the public on Christmas Day.
