South Korea's Yanolja Cloud announced on Thursday that it has acquired InSoft, a US hospitality solution company, to establish a base for expanding its local market.
InSoft has been supplying hospitality-specific solutions such as property management systems (PMS), channel management systems (CMS) and web-based reservation systems in the North American market for over three decades.
Yanolja Cloud plans to launch an optimized solution lineup targeting the North American market by integrating InSoft's network, infrastructure and operational know-how.
It also plans to release a new product, a self-check-in kiosk, which is expected to be frequently used locally.
