South Korea's CJ Group on Tuesday said it will develop and run a personalized artificial intelligence (AI) copywriter that automatically produces marketing phrases optimized for customer preferences.
The high-tech system automatically creates customer-tailored phrases for use in marketing campaigns after input of basic promotional information.
Phrases using conversational and figurative expressions are sent to customers with emotional inclinations and those emphasizing quantified data are suggested for people with rational dispositions.
The conglomerate said it is the first in the industry to use generative AI to create customized ad copy for customers.
CJ Group promotes the advancement of its services through big data learning in categories like food, beauty, fashion and entertainment, analysis of customer tendencies and automatic learning that reflects user feedback.
In addition, the conglomerate plans to subdivide functions by marketing channel such as mobile messaging and email and gradually apply foreign language functions for use in global marketing.
