Naver Corp., South Korea's largest search engine company, has signed an agreement with Creverse Co., an education company, to provide support for elementary, middle and high school education programs. The collaboration also aims to promote hyperscale artificial intelligence (AI) education.

Naver is introducing an environment where students can quickly develop programs by integrating its hyperscale AI Hyper Clova language model tool Clova Studio API with the portal developed by Creverse. Clova Studio is a no-code development program that allows users to utilize the capabilities of Hyper Clova without coding.

The closed beta service, launched in February last year, has seen more than 1,000 startups sign up.

Moreover, Naver is also promoting the alliance between its edutech platform, Whalespace, and the Creverse platform. This integration enables users to access learning solutions, such as Creverse's coding education brand C-cube Coding program and metaverse-based coding content Code Alive on Whalespace.

Additionally, the two parties have decided to collaborate in all areas of platforms, solutions and devices, such as using Naver Whalebook to improve learning outcomes.

"Through Clova Studio, I hope that many startups can use hyperscale AI language models for educational purposes in addition to melding hyperscale AI language models into business," said Jung Seok-geun, Chief Strategy Officer of Naver Cloud,

"I hope that many users will be able to access the wide range of educational know-how of Creverse on Whalespace," commented Director Kim Hyo of Naver Whale.
