South Korea's low-cost carrier Jeju Air Co. said on Monday that it would run daily flights from Korea to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and Vientiane in Laos from Apr. 20.
Jeju Air started Incheon-Da Nang/Nha Trang and Busan-Da Nang flights last year again and added Incheon-Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City this time to run five routes again in three years after the COVID-19 epidemic.
The line to Vientiane, Laos, which had been launched in Oct. 2017, was also suspended due to the pandemic.
The airline will hold an "Encore special price event" on 33 international routes and six domestic routes until Feb. 12 in line with the resumption of Southeast Asian routes.
Ticket buyers for domestic flights can board from Feb. 6 to Oct. 28, and those for international flights from Mar. 1 to Oct. 28.
