Virtual human Lucy to sell Galaxy Z in live commerce

Lotte Home Shopping's virtual human Lucy expands her activities by selling The Galaxy Z Flip 5 and "Z Fold 5" on live commerce, following her attendance at Samsung Electronics Co.'s "Galaxy Unpacked" event.

According to Lotte Home Shopping on Friday, Lucy was invited as a VIP to attend Samsung Electronics' "Galaxy Unpacked" event held on July 26 at COEX in Seoul, where she experienced the new products as an influencer.

Continuing her activities, on Saturday at 11 a.m., she will appear on LG Uplus Corp.'s live commerce channel to sell the products unveiled at the Unpacked event, including The Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, and The Galaxy Watch 6. She became the first virtual influencer to host a live broadcast for a telecom company.

Lucy will share information about the new products, including their design, performance, and her own experiences, while also providing benefits for pre-orders and sharing her impressions of the Unpacked event.
