Kang Suk-Kyoon, CEO of AhnLab, Inc. proposed a strategy to develop next-generation models and technologies, such as solutions to detect and respond to risks in various channels such as networks, emails, and the web, and cloud security, as the management vision of this year.
He also said that he would strengthen ESG (environmental, social, governance) management for his company's sustainable growth.
South Korea's information security solutions company AhnLab announced on Tuesday that it held a kick-off ceremony for the new year both online and offline at its Pangyo headquarters on the previous day, and CEO Kang set forth his management vision and challenges ahead for 2023.
CEO Kang put forward "AhnLab ReGenerate (continuous change, innovation, resilience) Plus" as the management vision of this year, with detailed goals as Performance Plus (promoting individual and organizational growth by changing the way we work), Level Plus (strengthening technological and business competitiveness to compete effectively with global companies), Unifying Plus (reinforcing integrated security that addresses various security requirements of customers), and Synergy Plus (win-win growth based on open innovation).
He also highlighted that his company will strive to internalize ESG management for sustainable growth based on this management vision.
"2023 is forecast to be a year in which the crisis caused by the shaky economic situation and the opportunity triggered by the accelerating digital transformation will appear side by side. We will strengthen our integrated security capabilities through linkage and cooperation with third-party companies in endpoint, network, and service areas, provide new value in security to our customers, and achieve sustainable growth," he added.
