Hyundai Mobis sees record high performance in 2023

South Korea’s Hyundai Mobis, the world’s sixth-largest auto parts maker, reported on Friday that its revenue was 59.25 trillion won ($44.3 billion) last year.

The company’s revenue increased by 14.2% year over year, the highest in its history.

Operating profit last year rose 13.3% compared to the same period last year, reaching 2.29 trillion won.

Net profit increased by 37.6%, amounting to 3.42 trillion won.

"Thanks to the increase in sales of electrification and high-value-added components," a Hyundai Mobis source said. "Driven by the expansion of eco-friendly vehicle production by automakers and the rising share of medium-to-large and sports utility vehicles."
